あまり賢くない人や、バカな行動をする人たちを冗談っぽく、軽く侮辱して呼ぶ言葉です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルで少しからかうような場面で使います。正式な場では避け、「バカ」と直接言うほど強くはありません。仲間内で冗談を言うときに適しています。
