他人や物とまったく同じ姿や顔をしている人や物のことを指します。特に見た目がそっくりな場合に使います。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
カジュアルな表現で、見た目が非常に似ている場合によく使われます。「He is a dead ringer for...」の形でよく出ます。プロのモノマネと混同しないように。
