ある事柄について自分の意見や感想を述べること。他の人から何かについて意見を求められたときによく使う表現。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ややフォーマルな表現で、公的な発言やニュース記事で使われることが多い。「～についてコメントする」という形で使い、「comment about」は避けましょう。
