ऐसे कार्य या व्यक्ति जो अनाड़ी, गलती करने वाले, या किसी काम को बेढंगे या लापरवाही से करते हैं।

आम तौर पर अनौपचारिक, किसी की कार्यशैली की आलोचना के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। 'bungling employee' जैसे वाक्यांश आम हैं। 'incompetent' से थोड़ा हल्का शब्द है, ज़्यादातर गलती या बेढंगेपन पर केंद्रित।
