太陽の光や温かさ、または周囲の賞賛や成功などを心地よく味わうこと。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
日光や温かさに使うことが多いですが、'glory'や'拍手'などの抽象的な対象にも使えます。'basking in'のように「～を浴びる」と訳されることが多いです。
