周りの全てに反発して一人で闘っている、もしくは孤独に困難と立ち向かっているという意味です。自分だけが味方という状況で使います。

「me against the world」のように口語や歌詞でよく使われ、実際に全員과 싸うという意味ではありません。孤独や反抗心・決意を強調したいときに使います。
