つまらないことやたいしたことではないことについて、しつこく不満や文句を言うこと。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
くだけた表現で、相手がしつこく文句を言っている時によく使う。'stop whining about'や'always whines about'のような形で登場。'complain'より弱いニュアンス。
