Definition

「皮重」是指包裝或容器的重量，要從總重量中扣除，以得到產品的淨重。有時也指將秤歸零，使其不計入容器的重量。

「皮重」多用於運輸、餐飲、科學領域。常說「皮重」、「秤去皮」。別和「撕」混淆，可作名詞或動詞（去皮）。
