人に気づかれないように静かに動くこと。特に、悪いことや怪しいことをしている時によく使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ほとんどの場合、良くないことや怪しさを表す時に使われます。「skulking around」のように場所と一緒に使われることが多いです。
