Definition

雨後流經地表的水，或在無人獲得多數票時舉行的第二輪選舉。

主要用於地理（地表逕流）和選舉（第二輪投票）。選舉語境下僅指領先候選人之間。不等同於動詞“run off”（逃跑）。
