अक्सर 'ranging from... to...' वाक्यांश में प्रयोग होता है। सूचियाँ, कीमतें, उम्र, आकार आदि के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। औपचारिक/सामान्य लेखन में आम है। 'arranging' (व्यवस्थित करना) से न मिलाएँ।
