考えたり、不満や言いたいことを我慢しているときに、唇をぎゅっとすぼめること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「pursing your lips」としてよく使われます。バッグの「purse」や「追いかける」意味ではありません。多くは思案や感情の抑制を表します。
