因技能、经验或训练而能很好地完成某事的能力。通常指某个学科、技能或语言的高水平熟练程度。

正式用语，常用于学术、工作环境，尤指语言或技能（如“英语熟练度”）。常搭配“in”（在某方面的熟练）。不用于表示体力，多为智力或技能。
