"pound for pound" in Japanese
Definition
大きさや体重に関係なく、強さや能力、価値を比べるときに使う表現です。「同じ条件ならこれが一番」という意味合いがあります。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
スポーツ（特にボクシングや格闘技）でよく使われます。「Pound for pound, X is the best」は「体重を考慮してもXが最高」という意味。weight（重さ）そのものではありません。カジュアルな表現です。
