"Picked over"는 여러 사람들이 이미 고르고 남은, 상대적으로 덜 인기 있거나 원하는 사람이 적은 것만 남은 상태를 의미합니다.

주로 과일, 세일 상품, 중고 물품 등에서 좋은 것이 이미 다 골라지고 남은 것에 대해 사용합니다. 다소 부정적이고, 비공식적 표현입니다. 사람에게는 쓰지 않습니다. 동사 "pick over"와 혼동하지 마세요.
