“Picked over”是指一组东西已经被别人挑拣过,只剩下别人没要的或不太好的部分。

通常用来形容水果、剩菜、打折货等已经被挑拣过的东西,语气偏负面。属口语表达,不能用于指人。不要与动词短语“pick over”(仔细挑选)混淆。
