“Picked over”是指一组东西已经被别人挑拣过，只剩下别人没要的或不太好的部分。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

通常用来形容水果、剩菜、打折货等已经被挑拣过的东西，语气偏负面。属口语表达，不能用于指人。不要与动词短语“pick over”（仔细挑选）混淆。
