パラリーガルは、弁護士の補助をするために訓練された専門職ですが、弁護士の資格は持ちません。書類作成や調査、ファイル管理など法務業務を支援します。

“パラリーガル”は法務事務所などの専門的な職場で使われ、弁護士資格のない法務アシスタントを指します。「リーガルセクレタリー」（事務職）とは別です。
