복서가 쓰러진 것처럼 완전히 의식을 잃거나 깊이 잠든 상태를 말합니다.

일상 대화에서 극도로 피곤하거나 깊이 잠들었을 때 사용합니다. 가볍게 자는 경우에는 쓰이지 않습니다.

He was so tired that he was out for the count by 9 p.m.
