誰かや何かが合格するか失格するかギリギリの状況で使われる表現です。主に試合や選考の場面で使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

スポーツや選考でよく使います。結果が不確定な時の表現です。直訳の「バブル（泡）」とは意味が違います。
