ある物事や価値が急激に、大きく下がること。飛行機が急激に機首を下げて降下することも指す。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に会話や非公式な場面で使われる。飛行機の急降下にも、本来意味以外に比喩的に「株価」「モチベーション」などの急激な下落にも使う。ゆるやかな減少には使わない。
