Definition
ふざけて、誰かや何かがクレイジーまたは変だと言う時に使う砕けた表現です。侮辱ではなく、冗談っぽく使われます。

この表現は親しい仲やジョークで使われ、強い非難ではありません。「彼はちょっとmeshuga」など軽く茶化す感じで使います。
