誰かや何かを笑いものにして、相手をばかにしたりからかったりすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

親しい間柄でも人を傷つける場合があるので注意。また、'have fun'（楽しむ）とは意味が違います。「からかう」「バカにする」とも表現されます。
