Lacing 指用來綁鞋或衣服的鞋帶/繫帶，或是將帶子穿過孔固定物品的過程。

「Lacing」常指鞋帶的穿法或綁法，也可指鞋帶本身或綁鞋帶的動作。不要和「lace」的蕾絲布料混淆。常見用法有：'crisscross lacing', 'do your lacing'。
