使い走りやおべっか使いとは、自分に権力や独立性がなく、重要な人のためにつまらない仕事や単純作業をする人です。

使い走り・おべっか使いはやや軽蔑的な表現で、'office flunkies'や'political flunkies'のように使われます。フォーマルな文章にはふさわしくありません。
