총이나 다른 무기로 누군가나 무언가에게 사격하다. 공격을 시작할 때 자주 사용한다.

Usage Notes (Korean)

주로 군사, 경찰, 폭력적인 상황에서 사용. 목적어를 취함: 'fire on the enemy'. 불을 지피거나 해고하다에는 쓰지 않음.
