物事を最終的に決定し、公的に完了させること。主に計画や契約などの最後の段階で使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ビジネスや公式文書などフォーマルな場面で使われる。日常的な「終える」とは異なり、正式決定の意味が強い。「最終決定する契約」などの形で使う。
