指穿得比平時更隨便或不正式。也可指嚴厲批評或責備某人，尤其在非正式情況。

通常用於辦公室“穿便服日”。衣著義為中性、口語。責罵義較口語，常是上級對下級。不應與 'dress up'（穿得正式）混淆。
