천이나 비슷한 것이 느슨하게 또는 우아하게 어디에 걸쳐져 있거나 덮여 있는 상태를 말함.

Usage Notes (Korean)

보통 'over', 'around', 'across' 등과 자주 쓰이며, 천이나 옷이 느슨하게 우아하게 걸쳐진 느낌을 준다. 단순히 '덮인(covered)' 것과는 다름.
