凝乳奶酪 (新鮮)
Definition
凝乳是牛奶變酸或經過處理後分離成固體和液體時形成的白色柔軟物質。常常新鮮食用或用來製作奶酪。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
在南亞,'curd' 通常指優格,在西方通常指牛奶凝結後的固體部分。不要跟“奶油”或“起司”混淆,尤其像“cheese curds”是新鮮起司塊。“lemon curd”是甜抹果醬,和乳製品無關。
