영국식 구어로, 비가 많이 쏟아질 때 사용하는 표현입니다. 짧은 시간에 강하게 내리는 비를 말합니다.

아주 비공식적이고 영국영어에서만 자주 쓰입니다. 'it's pouring', 'raining cats and dogs'와 비슷합니다. 보통 날씨(비)에만 씁니다.
