Definition

「特別税」は、教育やインフラ整備など特定の目的のために政府が課す特別な税や手数料のことです。

「教育特別税」などの形でイギリスやインドで多く使われ、フォーマルな法律・財務文脈に現れます。「cessation（中止）」とは異なります。アメリカ英語では珍しい語です。
