Extremamente quente, como algo na temperatura da água fervendo. Usado para clima, bebidas ou objetos muito quentes.

Expressão informal, geralmente exagera o calor, especialmente para clima ou bebidas ('boiling hot day', 'boiling hot tea'). Não é usada para calor suave. O oposto é 'freezing cold'.
