Definition

英式口語，用於幽默或帶點惱怒地稱呼某人，通常是男性。可指頑皮、不幸的人，或只是被談論的人。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

主要是英國口語，有些老派。根據語境能是親切或微帶輕侮，多指男性。在美式英語中很少見。常和 'poor', 'little' 連用，如 'the little blighter'。
