Definition

水や他の液体で覆われていたり、湿っていたりする状態を表します。びしょ濡れから少しだけ湿っている場合まで使えます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「濡れた服」「濡れた髪」など日常的に使う一般的な言葉です。「damp」は少し湿っている、「soaked」はびしょ濡れを表します。
