“vocal” in Japanese
Definition
声や声を使うことに関係する言葉。また、自分の意見をはっきり表現する人にも使います。音楽では歌や歌唱の意味もあります。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
音楽で「vocal」は歌やボーカルパートを指します（'vocal performance'、'vocal group' など）。性格を表す場合は、はっきり発言する人の意味です（'She is very vocal about her views'）。「vowel」（母音）と混同しないようにしましょう。
