Tumbling का मतलब है बेकाबू होकर गिरना, या जिम्नास्टिक में कलाबाजियां और अक़रोबेटिक मूवमेंट्स करना।

अक्सर जिम्नास्टिक के लिए ('tumbling pass') इस्तेमाल होता है, पर लोग या चीज़ें गिरने या लुढ़कने को भी 'tumbling' कहा जाता है। 'Tumbling down' तब बोलते हैं जब कुछ गिर या टूट रहा हो।
