Usage Notes (Spanish)
"Truthfully" se usa a menudo al principio de una frase o como adverbio para indicar sinceridad, confesión u opinión directa ("Truthfully, I didn't like it"). Es un poco más formal y sincero que "honestly", pero muy parecido en significado.
