重いものが落ちたり何かにぶつかったときに出る、鈍くて重い音。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ドスンやドサッは箱や鞄など重いものの落下音によく使われます。金属音や鋭い音には使いません。"with a thud"は「ドスンと」などで表されます。
