「thinks」は三人称単数形で、何かを考えたり、意見を持ったり、心で思うことを表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「thinks」は「he/she/it」にのみ使います。「I」「you」「we」などには使いません。「She thinks that...」のようにthat節と一緒によく使われます。主語に合った形を選ぶことに注意しましょう。
