“thieves” in Bengali
Definition
যেসব লোক অন্যের বা কোনো জায়গার জিনিস চুরি করে, তারাই চোরেরা। এটি 'চোর'-এর বহুবচন।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
একজন চোর বলতে 'চোর', একাধিক হলে 'চোরেরা'। 'car thieves' মানে 'গাড়ি চোরেরা', 'identity thieves' মানে 'পরিচয় চোরেরা'। 'robber' বা 'criminal' সম্পূর্ণ সমার্থক নয়।
