यह 'teach' का past tense और past participle है। इसका मतलब है किसी को ज्ञान, कौशल या किसी विषय या काम की शिक्षा देना।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

'taught' का प्रयोग simple past ('She taught math last year') के लिए भी होता है और present perfect या passive forms ('He has taught here for years', 'I was taught French') में भी। आम patterns हैं: 'teach someone something' और 'teach someone how to do something'। इसे base form 'teach' से न मिलाएँ।
