Definition

কোনো কিছু বা কাউকে চারপাশ থেকে ঘিরে রাখা বা পরিবেষ্টন করা বোঝায়। এটি শারীরিক অথবা বিমূর্তভাবে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'surrounds' সাধারণত কোনো ব্যক্তি বা জিনিসকে চারপাশ থেকে আবৃত করা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন: 'the fence surrounds...', 'mystery surrounds...', 'he surrounds himself with...'। বাস্তব ও রূপক উভয়ভাবেই ব্যবহার হয়।
