Birilerini veya faaliyetleri doğru ve güvenli bir şekilde yürütüldüğünden emin olmak için gözlemlemek ve sorumluluk almak. Genellikle sorumlu veya yönetici konumunu ifade eder.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
'Supervising' resmî ve iş ortamlarında ('supervising staff', 'supervising children', 'supervising a project' gibi) kullanılır. Her zaman bir otorite ve sorumluluk içerir; sadece izlemekten farklıdır.
