세워진 건물이나 물체 또는 어떤 것의 부분들이 배열되고 조직된 방식. 건축물뿐 아니라 조직, 문장 등 추상적인 구조도 의미함.

Usage Notes (Korean)

'structures'는 학문적, 기술적 맥락에서 자주 사용되며 일상에서 건물을 가리킬 때도 쓸 수 있습니다. 실제 건물뿐 아니라 '문장 구조', '조직 구조'와 같은 추상적 대상에도 사용합니다. 매우 작은 것에는 잘 쓰지 않습니다.
