Heykel, taş, metal veya başka sert bir maddeden yapılmış insan veya hayvan figürüdür ve genellikle halka açık yerlerde sergilenir.

Usage Notes (Turkish)

'Heykel' büyük, sağlam ve kalıcı figürler için kullanılır. 'Status' (statü) ya da 'sculpture' (genel anlamda heykel sanatı) ile karıştırmayın. Örneğin: 'bronz heykel', 'mermer heykel'.
