Definition

অনেক সুন্দর ও আকর্ষণীয় দৃশ্য বা কিছু উচ্চ মাত্রার মহিমা এবং জাঁকজমক নির্দেশ করে। সাধারণত দারুন বড়, দৃষ্টিনন্দন বা চমকপ্রদ কিছু বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

‘জাঁকালোতা’ ও ‘মহিমা’ সাধারণত বড় ও চমৎকার জিনিসে ব্যবহৃত হয়—‘সৌন্দর্য’ শব্দটি সাধারণ জিনিসে ব্যবহার করুন। ‘in all its splendor’ (পুরো মহিমায়), ‘the splendor of the city’ (শহরের জাঁকালোতা) প্রয়োগ উপযুক্ত।
