「スピーチ」とは、聴衆に向けて情報や意見などを伝えるために行う正式な話です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

式典やイベント、会議などのフォーマルな場で使われます。'give a speech', 'make speeches', 'public speeches' などの表現でよく使われます。「talks」よりも形式的です。
