এগুলি ভূগর্ভস্থ পাইপ বা সুরঙ্গ, যেখানে বিল্ডিং থেকে নোংরা পানি ও মলমূত্র চলে যায়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
'নালা' বা 'পয়ঃপ্রণালী' সাধারণত বহুবচনে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'উন্মুক্ত নালা' মানে খোলা নালা বোঝায়। 'শুভ্রমকার' (যারা সেলাই করেন) এর সঙ্গে কোন সম্পর্ক নেই।
