'sees' का प्रयोग present simple में he/she/it के साथ होता है: 'She sees the bird.' सामान्य patterns हैं 'see a doctor', 'see what you mean', और 'see someone as...'. सीखने वाले इसे अक्सर 'looks at' से मिला देते हैं: 'see' आमतौर पर कम इरादतन होता है, जबकि 'look at' में जानबूझकर देखना शामिल होता है।
