Definition

たいていブラシやスポンジなどで力を入れて汚れを落とす洗い方。強くこすりながらきれいにすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「scrubbing」は体力や力を必要とする掃除に使う。「scrubbing the floor」「scrubbing pots」など。軽く拭く（wiping）とは異なり、繊細な物にはあまり使わない。
